Formula 1 Cancels Bahrain and Saudi Arabia Races Due to Middle East War

Formula 1 announced the cancellation of the Bahrain Grand Prix and the Saudi Arabia Grand Prix. The races were cancelled because of the war in the Middle East, reducing this year total to 22 races.

Formula 1 announced the cancellation of this year's Bahrain Grand Prix and Saudi Arabia Grand Prix. These two races were originally scheduled to be held in April, but were cancelled due to ongoing conflict in the Middle East region.

This year's race calendar will be reduced from 24 races to 22 races. The Bahrain Grand Prix was originally scheduled for April 10-12. After the cancellation, there will be a five-week period without races in the schedule. The next race will be the Miami Grand Prix on May 1st in the United States.
