Brazil announced that Chinese citizens holding ordinary passports can enter the country visa-free starting May 11, staying up to 30 days per visit, in a reciprocal arrangement with China.

Brazil announced that starting from May 11, Chinese citizens can travel to Brazil visa-free. This policy is reciprocal because China also permits Brazilian citizens to enter without a visa.

Chinese citizens can stay in Brazil for up to 30 days per visit. This visa-free policy applies to tourism, business, and transit purposes.

Currently, trade and tourism between Brazil and China are both growing steadily.

This visa-free agreement remains valid until December 31, 2026.
