China & WorldWHO Member States Agree to Extend Pandemic Treaty Annex Negotiations
WHO member states agreed on March 28 to extend negotiations on the pandemic treaty PABS annex, with talks set to resume in late April ahead of the May World Health Assembly.
Samsung announced a significant semiconductor investment plan. The company will invest over $73 billion this year. This money will mainly be used for building new factories and developing new technologies.
Samsung hopes to expand its business in the artificial intelligence chip market. The company's factory in Texas, USA is expected to begin operations in the second half of this year. Samsung is working hard to catch up with TSMC in advanced chip technology.
