WHO Declares Ebola Outbreak in DRC and Uganda a Global Health Emergency

The WHO declared the Bundibugyo strain Ebola outbreak in the DRC and Uganda a public health emergency of international concern on May 17. The outbreak has killed at least 87 people and there is currently no approved vaccine for this strain.
