Wang Yi Says Hormuz Blockade Harms Global Interests, Urges Diplomatic Resolution of Crisis

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi stated that closing the Strait of Hormuz would harm the shared interests of the international community, and urged both the US and Iran to achieve a comprehensive ceasefire through political and diplomatic means. China emphasized that safeguarding global energy shipping security is a priority for the international community.
