Sony and TCL Form Bravia Inc. Joint Venture, TCL Takes 51 Percent Controlling Stake in Sony TV Business

Sony and Chinese TV manufacturer TCL announced the formation of joint venture Bravia Inc., with TCL holding a 51 percent stake and taking operational control. The new company will take over Sony home entertainment business and is expected to officially begin operations in April 2027.
