Russia launches massive missile and drone attack on Kyiv, killing at least 25

Russia launched an 11-hour missile and drone assault on Kyiv in the early hours of July 2, firing 74 missiles and 496 drones and killing at least 25 civilians. Moscow described the attack as retaliation for Ukrainian strikes on Russian oil infrastructure.
