OpenAI will also recruit specialists called 'technical ambassadors' to help enterprise users use AI tools. This means OpenAI needs to hire approximately 390 new employees every month. This large-scale hiring contrasts with the widespread layoffs trending in the technology industry. Analysts believe this move is to strengthen competition with Anthropic in the enterprise market.
