NASA Artemis II Crew Photographs Earth From 100,000 Miles Away

NASA has released the first photos taken from inside the Artemis II Orion spacecraft, showing Earth from 160,000 kilometers away. The four-person crew is heading to orbit the Moon before returning to Earth on April 11.

NASA announced new photographs of Artemis 2 spacecraft. The photographs were taken by astronauts in outer space. In the photographs you can see beautiful Earth. The spacecraft has four astronauts aboard. The spacecraft is at a distance from Earth approximately 160,000 kilometers. The spacecraft is currently flying toward the Moon. Astronauts will orbit around the Moon one loop. The spacecraft will splash down in Pacific Ocean on April 11.
