Intel Becomes First Company to Ship High-Volume Logic Chips Using ASML High-NA EUV Technology

Intel announced that its Panther Lake Core Ultra processors are shipping to customers, with select layers produced using ASML High-NA EUV equipment, marking the first commercial mass production use of this technology.
