Japan Daifuku Completes Clean Room Expansion to Meet Surging AI Chip Demand

Japanese semiconductor equipment maker Daifuku announced on April 3 the completion of a new production line in Shiga Prefecture, raising clean room capacity by around 30 percent to meet AI chip demand.
