China used a Long March-2D rocket to launch a set of internet technology test satellites from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center on April 24, with the satellites successfully entering their planned orbits.
On the afternoon of April 24, a Long March-2D rocket lifted off from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center.
The rocket carried a group of internet technology experimental satellites with the mission objective of testing new satellite internet technology.
Following the launch, the satellite successfully entered its planned orbit, and the launch mission was accomplished successfully.
The Long March rocket series is China's primary launch vehicle.
This is China's 23rd aerospace launch mission this year.
China is actively developing its own satellite internet system, with the goal of providing global coverage to users.
