Apple Explores Intel and Samsung as US Chip Suppliers

Apple is in early-stage talks with Intel and Samsung about producing chips for its devices in the US, though no formal agreements have been reached.

According to Bloomberg News, Apple is negotiating with Intel, hoping to manufacture its primary chips in the United States. Apple has also visited Samsung's factory in Texas.

Currently, Apple's primary chip supplier is TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company). Apple hopes to reduce its dependence on Taiwan chip manufacturing.

Apple CEO Tim Cook stated that insufficient chip supply has impacted the company's business growth. Currently, negotiations are still in the early stages with no formal purchase orders.
