Anthropic Raises $30 Billion at $380 Billion Valuation in Series G

Anthropic completed a $30 billion Series G on February 12, 2026, at a $380 billion post-money valuation, the largest venture deal of 2026 and second-largest of all time.

On February 12, artificial intelligence company Anthropic announced completion of $30 billion in Series G funding. This funding round was led by GIC and Coatue, with a post-money valuation of $380 billion. Participating investment institutions also include Founders Fund and ICONIQ and other well-known venture capital firms. This is the largest-scale venture capital deal so far in 2026. In terms of total funding amount, this is also the second largest private fundraising deal in history. The largest was ranked first by OpenAI, which completed $40 billion in financing in 2025. Anthropic currently has annualized revenue reaching $14 billion, with growth exceeding 10 times each year over the past three years. Its flagship product Claude Code has annualized revenue already exceeding $2.5 billion.
